Single Person Plan:
$300 per year (Paid in full with cash or check at time of signing up)
Family Plan:
Includes 2 adults and 2 children
$1,000 per year ($500 up front and $500 over the next three months with cash or check)
• $100 for every additional child
Plans run for a year from the date of signing up
Includes:
• 2 cleanings per year
• 2 fluoride treatments
• 2 clinical exams
• 1 x-ray (Panoramic or Bitewings)
Discounts:
10% Discount on whitening
10% Discount when paying with cash or check on all non-lab based dentistry
5% Discount when paying with credit card
5% Discount on lab based dentistry up to $300
